Directions/Dosing
Add one scoop of Hydrate to a glass containing 1-2 ounces of water. Enough for ONE gargle. Swish for 60 seconds or longer and then swallow.
Hydrate is safe for children 3 years and up.

One serving of Hydrate per day swish 60 second or longer then swallow.
ENT Support for Everyone
One serving of Hydrate per day swish 60 seconds or longer then swallow.
First Signs of Throat Infection
2-3 Servings of Hydrate per day swish 60 seconds or longer then swallow for first 7-10 days. Then follow once per day maintenance dose.
Increased Risk (onset of sore throat, tonsillitis, ear infection, dry mouth, bad breath or oral sores)
1-5 Servings of Hydrate per day depending on severity of of the symptoms present. Swish for 60 seconds and swallow and use heavily for 7-14 days. Then follow once per day maintenance dose.
Tips
The taste is a mask of many beneficial oral ingredients and if the taste prohibits swallowing then discontinue swallowing but try to gargle for 120 seconds.
Adjust the amount of water used to gargle – the less amount of water the easier it is to swallow.
Store in a cool place.
Children may not swallow - that is ok. the longer the contact in the mouth the better. Really help them swish vigorously and aim for greater than 60 seconds of contact.
Blueprint for Success
Use Hydrate 2-4 times per day the first two weeks. Use throughout the day in regular intervals. After the first two weeks use daily to maintain a balanced oral microbiome.
