Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy from original subscription date*, which means you have 30 days after starting your subscription to refund to request a return.

*This applies only to 30 days from the subscription start date and is subject to change.  All products received after the 30 day subscription start date (first order) are not subject to return.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@beeline-wellness.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you further instruction. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be destroyed and not be accepted. 

Returns must be handled in writing by email only.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the product.

Cancellation of Auto-Renew
To cancel or modify any subscription based purchase, you can contact us at sales@beeline-wellness.com. We will respond with a confirmation email when the auto renew is updated.
Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like opened and used products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.Any products shipped after the first 30 day of a subscription.

Notifications


We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
